add eggs one at a time
add Hood Sour Cream and vanilla
add flour and baking soda
for cupcakes bake for 22-25 minutes, for loaves bake for 1 hour 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean
You can make this recipe in 3 8x4 pans, 2 9x5 pans plus some cupcakes, or about 2 dozen cupcakes. This recipe is also delicious if you add chocolate chips - fold in some chocolate chips after you have combined all of the other ingredients.
